Privacy policy
This website only collects the details you choose to send us with a booking request. It has no account, no newsletter, no advertising and no audience measurement.
What we collect, and why
When you send the booking form, we receive your name, email address, phone number, dates of stay, number of guests and, if you write one, your message. These details are used for one purpose only: answering your request with availability and rates, and preparing your stay if you book.
Your request is sent to the villa’s mailbox (contact@villamareva.ma) and kept in a file that is not accessible from the internet. It is never sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted after 12 months. Data linked to a stay is kept for the time required by accounting and legal obligations.
The “Send on WhatsApp” button prepares a message on your own device; you choose whether to send it. The conversation that follows is governed by WhatsApp’s privacy policy.
What your browser remembers
For the length of your visit, your browser remembers that the opening screen and the request window have already been shown, so that they do not appear again. This information stays on your device and disappears when you close the tab. This website uses no cookies.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your details at any time by writing to contact@villamareva.ma. In Morocco, the processing of personal data is governed by Law 09-08; you may also contact the national data protection authority (CNDP).
